All of our Child Care Yoga sessions are developed around the Early Years Learning Framework.

Including

many yoga poses and balances
learning through play & colourful props
feeling comfortable in movement of our own bodies
using our imaginations through Yoga Journey's/Stories
working together
breath techniques
introduction of simple meditations and relaxation

It is an amazing fully inclusive program. 


We supply all mats and props/equipment.

Our Yoga & Mindfullness program has been delivered across Adelaide  in Child Care, ELC, Kindergartens, Community Centres & Schools with amazing feedback from Educators and families who share how their daily lives are positively impacted with the learning that the children share with them throughout their days and at home with their families.
